水热法制备二氧化钒纳米带的研究
Hydrothermal synthesis of vanadium dioxide nanobelts
摘要
Abstract
Sodium hydrogensulfite (NaHSO3) is used as reductant to synthesize vanadium dioxide(VO2) from vanadium pentoxide(V2O5) particles. Metastable VO2(B) nanobelts are prepared hydrothermally at 260℃ for 8 h(pH = 1). NaHSO3 is not only a reductant but plays a key role in controlling the morphologies of the products. VO2(B) nanobelts with length of 0. 5~5 μm, width of 50~100 nm, are synthesized by the hydrothermal method. After annealing at 600℃ for 6 h, thermochromic VO2(M) is synthesized and the transition temperature is 68. 7 ℃.关键词
