白孔雀肾脏的组织结构及Bax蛋白在肾脏中的表达
Histological structure and expression of Bax protein in Pavo cristatus kidney
摘要
Abstract
To study Pavo cristatus kidney histological structure and the expression of relevant active substances, histological structure is obvserved by light microscopy and expression of Bax protein is examined by immunohistochemical methods. The results indicate that Pavo cristatus kidney consists of many nephrons, collecting ducts and small amounts of areolar tissue. The glomerular capillary is simpler, renal tubules arrange closely and the quantity is more. The proximal tubule consists of monolayer cuboidal epithelium cells, with brush border and deeper color. Bax protein immune response positive material is mainly distributed in proximal tubule epithelium. Bax protein may be involved in the cell apoptosis of Pavo cristatus kidney and plays an important regulation role in the development of bird kidney.关键词
