摘要

Abstract

A method of fault diagnosis based phase difference is put forward in this paper to eliminate the noise existing in analog circuits. The fault dictionary is established through feature extraction of phase difference and amplitude difference under the normal mode and fault mode. The wavelet neural network is adopted for modelling of fault circuits. Based on the characteristics that the network learning convergence is fast and the input of the network is not too sensitive, the fault diagnosis is realized. The example proves that this method can not only achieve accurate diagnosis, but also is very suitable for actual analog circuits.
