Application of SCPI integrated with database in ECU automatic test system
摘要
Abstract
In the booming era of automotive industry, the functional development of ECU has become the core competitiveness of the automobile manufacturers. Therefore, the ECU function test plays a vital role in the research and development of ECU. The proposed automatic test system was designed and developed in VC++ language by using SCPI commands and Access database, taking measurement devices by Agilent as hardware of test system. The design of the automatic ECU test system provides a reliable basis for performance evaluation of ECU. It also improves the detection efficiency of automotive ECU.关键词
