摘要

Abstract

In this paper, high-speed traction motor bearings are classified into different types and a brief analysis on these types is given. The developed fault diagnosis and test platform for high-speed traction motor bearing based on the combination of Lab VIEW and Matlab wavelet packets is introduced. On the basis of the platform, the sampled vibration signals resulting from bearings with the known defects in high-speed traction motor bearing experiment station are decomposed using the wavelet package of Matlab as a tool, and then the energy spectrum diagram of signals are drawn. Consequently, the signals collectd from bearing with faults are filtered through yulewalk band-pass filter. Then the features of the fault frequency are accurately extracted and the fault detection and indentification is conducted with confidence. The experimental results prove the feasibility of the system.
