摘要

Abstract

This paper briefly introduces the design scheme of intelligent light-seeking car based on Arduino IDE,including the design principle, software and hardware design, and test result. This scheme is based on the principle that light travels in straight lines. Infrared phototransistors are adopted for the design of infrared sensors. Through detecting infrared irradiance in different directions in front of the car, Arduino control board can locate the infrared emitter and control the advancing, backing and turning around of the car by using the PWM motor speed modulation technology. The tests indicate that the light-seeking car can achieve the design purpose and run stably. The design scheme is feasible and offers references for the application of Arduino IDE.
