摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve the quality informatization management of tracking ship, a quality management information system for tracking ship was designed. For the problems such as low utilization rate, low information accuracy, poor information timeliness and information sharing, B/S structure mode is adopted to develop three major data management modules of document management, record management and personnel management. According to the flow of testing operation for tracking ship, the modules such as flow control, process management, data management and resources management were developed to form 11 lateral functional modules and 2 longitudinal functional modules, thus achieving the quality management in-formationizatin of tracking ship and improving the quality management level of tracking ship.
