Platform for public meteorological forecast service in Jinzhou
摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of public meteorological forecast service, to improve the pertinence, rapidness and accuracy of public meteorological forecast service, and to satisfy the needs of the public demand for real-time forecast business, a public meteorological forecast service platform in Jinzhou was developed by VB programming and Access database knowledge. This platform can provide all kinds of weather prediction information, the edition of public forecast, professional forecast, decision-making forecast, varied forecast information transmission and query, and establish the historical disaster weather database. The platform made the public meteorological service flow normative, and improved the working efficiency and the level of prediction.关键词
