Abstract
A computer module testing system and software based on VXI platform are developed to meet the testing demand of two kinds of computer modules. VXI-bus is adopted to realize muti-serial comunication and to collect measured data from primary instrument. All collected data is calculated for obtaining the various parameters quickly and acurately. All of the parameters is saved for later filing and querying. It can diagnose all the parts of the modules by atomatic test and interactive test. This system can rapidly test two kinds of computer modules on mass production, and also can improve the measuring accuracy and effiency of module parameters, especially for those returned for fault.关键词
