Application of synchronous rectification in isolation booster converter

Abstract
An improved isolation booster circuit with synchronous rectification is proposed in this paper to solve the problems which occur in the traditional DC/DC converter. After analysis and comparison of integrated control, hysteretic control and pulse width control, the control circuit with the pulse width rectification was chosen. According to the performance index of DC/DC power system, parameters of the main circuit were designed. A simulation analysis for the dynamic response speed of a single module system was conducted by means of Saber software. Simulation results show that the improved isolation booster circuit can fully meet the specific requirements of the aviation static inverter. The rationality and correctness of theoretical analysis were verified. It laid a foundation for further application of aviation static inverter in the aviation ground power supply.关键词
