摘要

Abstract

The transformer quality impacts the performance of household appliances directly, so the transformer design is an important link in the design of home appliances. A design method of power transformer for household appliances is proposed in this paper. The design calculation of current in transformer circuit, electromotive force, turns per volt of winding are described systematically. The period of calculation is presented. Taking a transformer used for a household appliance as an example, the effectiveness of this method was verified. It can be use for reference by the people who is engaged in the design of household appliances, or after-sale service.
