Research on the Multi-channel Non-dispersive Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer System
摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a multi-channel Non-dispersive Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer. According to the principle of Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy and based on the characteristics of the hydride(vapor) generation atomic fluorescence analysis technology, a kind of a signal detection system with multi- radiation light source was designed. Under the control of the corresponding electronic control system, It can get more than four results of detected sample solution simultaneously, and at the same time, solve the problem of the effective signal interference between two signal channels. The experimental data showed that the major technical specifications of the instrument, which are such as the stability of the baseline, the detection limit, the linear range of measurement & the interference between the signal channels eath other etc, can meet the design requirements.关键词
