Investigation of Temperature Controlling and Dehumidification System for Small Space Based on Semiconductor Cooler

利用半导体制冷技术设计了一个适用于小型仪器的小空间控温除湿系统。本系统采用两个半导体制冷装置,一个主要用于降温除湿,另一个则用于温度补偿。利用该系统对半导体制冷片工作电压、风流量等影响控温除湿的关键因素进行了开环实验研究,并在此基础上编写了湿度控制优先的模糊控制程序,实现闭环自动控制。实验结果表明,该控温除湿系统具有响应速度快,稳态精度高,除湿能力强等优点。
