常规荧光法与同步荧光法用于浒苔叶绿素a测定的比较研究
Comparison of Two Fluorometric Methods for Chlorophyll-a Measurement in Enteromorpha Prolifera

Abstract
Determinations of Chlorophyll a in Enteromorpha prolifera were compared using two methods of conventional fluorescence spectrometry and synchronous fluorescence spectrometry, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) was used for the extraction of chlorophyll-a (Chl a) in Enteromorpha prolifera. The results showed that DMF was a shorter amount of time, more effective and more convenient than 90% aceton solvent in extracting of Chl a. There was no significant difference between two fluorometric methods for Chl a concentration measurement. The content of measured Chl a ranged from 4.38 to 9.35 mg/g for conventional fluorometfic method and from 4.53 to 8.74 mg/g for synchronous fluorometric method, respectively, for 20 Enteromorpha prolifera samples from four stations, Qingdao.关键词
