Abstract
Organochlorine pesticide is a kind of global environment persistent pollutants. Such compound has ＂carcinogenicity-mutagenicity-teratogenicity＂ function and biological accumula- tion. Eventually, it can harm human health through the food. A method to determine several types of organochlorine pesticides in soil samples was established in this paper. Samples were extracted with hexane： acetone （V： V = 1：1） by ultrasonic extraction, purified by self- filled solid phase extraction column and determined by GC/MS. The results showed that the recovery was in 73.1 107.8%, RSD was in 2.6 - 10.7%, and the detection limit was in 0.31-1.00ng/g. It is suitable for rapid determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil samples.关键词
