摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The study was to research the effects of the supplementation compound microrganic preparation on the productive performance of dairy cows. [Method]The 120 cows with similarity in everyday milk yield and weight were divided into 2 groups randomly. The experiment lasted for 100 days, including 10 days pre - experiment. [Result] The results showed as follows; The milk yield of the treated groip -,vas increased by 5.4% and 5.24% significantly than the control group between the 60 and 90 d (P < 0.05). The fat ratio was increased by 3. 21% and 3. 83% than the control group and it was improved significantly in 90 d (P <0.05) ; During the experiment period, the protein ratio did not change significantly ( P > 0.05 ) ; the lactose and non - fat solid were increased by 1.41% and 1.35 % than the comparative group respectively in 30 d (P < 0. 05) , but there were no difference after 60 and 90 d (P > 0. 05). To be contrasted with the control group, the SCC of treated group was reduced by 8. 98% , 10. 15% and 21. 14% after 30, 60 and 90 d. [Conclusion] It can be concluded that adding the compound probiotics in diary cow diets could significantly improve the animal performance and feed efficiency and boost up body's ability of resisting diseases.
