干旱区套袋红富士苹果的品质特征研究
Study on Fruit Qualities Character of Bagging Red Fuji Apple in Arid Area

Abstract
[ Objective] The purpose of the research was to study the effects of bagging and bag - removing at different periods on fruit qualities of Red Fuji apple in arid area so as to provide theoretical basis for production practice of apple bagging in the area. [Method] Red Fuji apples in Aksu were taken as tested material, the finish, stained area, fruit firmness, total sugar, reducing sugar, sucrosum and total acid contents in different periods of bagging and bag - removing were determined. [ Result] The results showed that the finish, stained area, fruit firmness were gradually decreased, but die contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and sucrosum were gradually increased, with the time of bagging delayed. The finish was decreased as the time of bag - removing was delayed, and the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and sucrosum had almost the same dynamic changes as those in the naked fruits except for the lower contents during fruit developing. [Conclusion] The best period for bagging was in the period from May 30 to June 9, and the optimal period for bag - removing was in the period from October 1 to October 6.关键词
