摘要

Abstract

[Objective] In order to supply scientific base for accurately assessing carbon storage of artificial Populus alba vat pyramidalis Bge. [Method] In Zamutai experimental forest of Aksu city, artificial Populus alba var pyramidalis Bge forest was selected as study object in this paper. Two standard trees were chosen respectively from typical young, middle and mature forests to study the relationship between forest age and root - biomass with individual diameter root class in different soil layers. [ Result] The results showed that the average biomass of artificial Populus alba var pyramidalis Bge forest was 106. 6 t/hm2. Among them, aboveground biomass and underground biomass occupied about 84. 8% and 15. 2% , respectively. Total biomass, aboveground biomass and stem biomass all dramatically increased with increasing of forest ages. The distribution ratio of aboveground biomass among individual organs of artificial Populus alba var pyramidalis Bge was: stem > branch > bark > leaf. And the stem biomass occupy the leading position of biomass ( about 55.2% ). Root biomass are mainly disturbed in 0 -40 cm soil layers, which occupied more than 80% of total root biomass. [ Conclusion] The relationship between stand biomass of artificial Populus alba var pyramidalis Bge and stand age is close. With increase of stand age, the biomass increased.
