Abstract

Aiming at the problem of self-determination comprehensive evaluation, a new method based on the co-opetition perspective is suggested. The method regards every alternative as an intelligent agent with self-determination which has the consistent goal of maximizing self-interests. According to the principle of democratic centralism, the process of comprehensive evaluation can be divided into two parts. The first one is the "Competition-Optimization" model, which represents democracy and focuses on the competition among the alternatives. In this step, we can get every alternative's own weight vector. The second one is "Negotiation-Cooperation" model, which represents centralism, aggregates the information of all the alternatives through the method of two-stage negotiation and gets the conclusion of comprehensive evaluation at last. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
