Stochastic Location-Routing Problem in Emergency Logistics Systems
摘要
Abstract
To enhance the operational efficiency of emergency logistics systems for public emergency, an optimization model for stochastic location-routing problem with time windows is developed. The model is built on chance-constrained program by considering the stochastic demand of relief materials and stochastic travel times of relief vehicles, as well as the time-sensitive requirements of relief materials. A hybrid optimization algorithm combining Tabu search and Monte Carlo method is proposed. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.关键词
