《综合减灾法》的立法构想
Legislative Conception on ＂Integrated Disaster Mitigation Act＂
摘要
Abstract
The flaw of effecting levels and content of adjustment in the Natural Disaster Relief Regulations and lots of single laws in force indicate that the conditions of the integrated disaster reduction legislation are ready. On the basis of revealing characteristics, structure and function of the disaster reduction system scientifically, the legislation establishes the integrated disaster reduction system of law which mainly consists of defense, relief and reconstruction. And it will be in effect in control, protection and supervision of China＇s disaster prevention and mitigation work.关键词
