摘要

Abstract

A parametric model on the shell and tube heat exchanger was established using ANSYS parametric modeling method. The numerical simulation on the shell -side fluid flow and heat transfer of shell and tube heat exchanger was performed on ANSYS FLUENT 13.0 software, and the effects of the baffle plate spacing and entrance velocity to the heat transfer efficiency and the fluid induced vibration were discussed , and the structure optimization design of the heat exchanger are proposed based on the results.
