摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of which ammonia refrigeration pressure piping can't be completely inspected without stopping, removal of insulation, and discharging ammonia, a group of methods including direct digital radiography X - ray and infrared thermal imaging technology for ammonia refrigeration pressure piping without stopping the implementation of a comprehensive test has been used. Experiments have been maked on some difficult topic such as liquid ammonia pipeline weld non - destructive detection , cold insulation pipe weld undercut and the unfitness measurement by testing component. It is proved that the technology used in ammonia refrigeration pressure piping comprehensive test without stopping will be quite feasible through the test of pressure piping inspection and the contrast between tradional and advanced methods.
