摘要

Abstract

Based on the research and test of UT,a method of UT and quality grading which were applied to the butt weld of austenitic stainless steel thin plate was developed. According to the method, the test block testing and on - site testing showed that various forms of cracks or defects of pressure vessels, which were made with 3 ~ 10 mm thick austenitic stainless steel plate,could timely detected by UT. It could a-void the vessel failure accidents.
