板翅式换热器正交接管封头塑性压力研究
Research on the Plastic Limit Pressure of the Plate - Fin Heat Exchanger Header with Radial Nozzle

Abstract
To investigate the strength design of the plate - fin heat exchanger header with radial nozzle, the calculation procedure of plastic pressure based on RPWC criterion (Ratio Plastic Work Curvature) is presented, and the strength of the header under allowable pressure is checked by using the elastic stress categorization code. The results of plastic pressure and allowable pressure for the industrial header example show that the RPWC plastic pressure determined by the curvature peak of ratio plastic work is unique, and the calculation procedure of RPWC plastic load is advantageous of overcoming the dependence problem of TIS (Twice Elastic Slope) criterion on users' experience to select an appropriate deformation parameter; the strength of the header under the allowable pressure meets the elastic stress categorization code. The proposed RPWC based calculation method is an effective approach to calculating the plastic pressure of the plate - fin heat exchanger header.关键词
