摘要

Abstract

Symmetric models and space model were established using finite element analysis software An-sys for 640,3200,6800 m3 vertical dome tanks,referring the API 650?005 report in the SafeRoof software of tank axisymmetric analysis. The judgement method of the top wall junction failure condition was presented. By contrasting the simulated results and the theoretical solution, it is known that they coincide with each other well. Finally, the storage tank failure condition was verified through the model experiments.
