Abstract
Building the military health records is of great significance for the real-time control of the physical and mental health and for raising the health level of the officers and soldiers. The insufficiency and difficulties in building the electronic health records platform are pointed out, and the new corresponding solutions are put forward. According to the flow in carrying out the electronic health records platform, main sides including theoretical investigation, system criterion, platform construction, security structure and sharing mechanism are researched deeply, which provides the theoretical basis and practical experience for building the military electronic health records.
