石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中铅的含量OA
Pb Determination in Soil Samples by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的微量铅的分析方法。用硝酸·盐酸-高氯酸体系进行土壤样品前处理,对试样分解、灰化及原子化温度进行选择,优化仪器工作参数及石墨炉升温程序。方法检出限为0.27μg/g,加标回收率为91.0%~96.1%,并利用国家标准物质验证了方法的准确度。
Objeetive:A method was established to determine the micro -amount of lead in soil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
