双活性基固色剂的合成及应用
Synthesis and application of double-reactive-group fixing agent

Abstract
Using dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride IDMDAAC) and allyl glycidyl ether (AGE) as raw material, sodium persulfate as catalyst, environmental friendly double-reactive-group fixing agent P(DMDAAC-AGE) was synthesized. The structure and performance of P(DMDAAC-AGE) were characterized by FT-IR, TG-DTA and SEM. The main factors affecting the performance of fixing agent P(DMDAAC-AGE) were investigated. The optimum synthesis conditions were determined as follows:the mole ratio of AGE to DMDAAC 1:2, 30% of initial concentration of the monomers in water phase, 0.75% of initiator (on the mass of monomers), continuous dropwise addition of the initiator and AGE, reacted at 80 ℃ for 6 h. The reactive dyed cotton fabric fixed by P(DMDAAC-AGE) had fairly good color fastness with 4-level to wet rubbing, 4~5-level to dry rubbing and 4-level to soaping.关键词
