“类乒乓球状”壳聚糖微球对甲基橙的吸附性能研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Study on the adsorption of methyl orange with chitosan microspheres
用甲醛作为交联剂,通过悬浮交联法制备具有单分散性的“类乒乓球状”壳聚糖微球.通过扫描电镜及红外光谱等对所得产物进行了表征.研究了壳聚糖微球对甲基橙的吸附特性,考察了甲基橙初始质量浓度、pH、粒径大小、时间及温度对饱和吸附量的影响.结果表明:壳聚糖微球对甲基橙的吸附具有Langmuir吸附特性,在pH为4.9,温度为30℃,甲基橙初始浓度为200mg/L时,处理45min可达到吸附饱和,饱和吸附量为284mg/g,吸附率高达95%以上.
Using formaldehyde as a crosslinker, table tennis ball-shape-like chitosan microspheres with monodispersity were prepared through suspension crosslinking method. The product was characterized by SEM and infrared spectrometer. The adsorption characteristics of chitosan microspheres for methyl orange were studied. The effects of initial concentration of methyl orange, pH, particle size, time and temperature on the saturated adsorption amount were investigated.…查看全部>>
