Abstract
Motor and electrical appliance industry is the pillar industry in Ningde, which is one of 32 billion-industry cluster of Fujian. This paper appraises the competitiveness of the motor and electrical appliance industry cluster in Ningde, basing on ＂na- tional diamond＂model. It analyzes the competitiveness from five aspects, factor conditions, demand conditions, related and sup- porting industries, firm strategy, structure and rivalry constitute, chance events＇ and government, and in the end, the paper propos- es advices for the competitiveness promotion of the Motor and electrical appliance industry in ningde.关键词
