Abstract
As the unique represent of modem times＇ charity organization, charitable institution play an important role in modem Wuhan charity development. During the time of the end of Qing dynasty and the beginning of Min, the government has weak abil- ity of managing, the charitable institution has some social salvation responsibilities, and at the same time, they overpass the prin- ciple of dis-involving and take into some official affairs and play an important role in modem society.关键词
