摘要
Abstract
In recent years, juvenile＇s crime has increasingly up warded, which has arouses the high concern and importance in the whole sociality. The punishment of juveniles crimes＇ core value is not the judgment and frighten but the core to the problem is to eliminate and reduce the bad influence of juveniles crime to the sociality, and attache more importance to the correction the juveniles＇ mind and body. Procuratorial office uses criminal reconciliation, community correction and such res to deal with the juvenile＇ s crime and gains some better social effects. Using to deal with juveniles crime is good to be the support of building up the law but is better to the practice of the law.关键词
