Abstract
Based on the model of coping ability, the cultivation of politics and law and public management students＇ ability should be the principle of applied university＇s talents cultivation. The quality research shows that the coping ability of politics and law and public management contains the basic quality, knowledge structure and practical ability. The cultivation of the ability of Politics and law and public management students could follow the basic principle of university students＇ vocational life devel- opment and design some operation plan with pertinence and efficiency.关键词
