Abstract
Objective To develop a method for determination of paeoniflorin in xiao'er huadu powder san by HPLC. Methods Chromatography was carried out on a column of HiQ sil C18 W(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) ,at 30 ℃.. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(83 : 17). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 ,and the detention wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results The content of paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 243-2. 430 μg and the average recovery was 100. 1% ,with RSD as 1.61% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.关键词
