Abstract
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in zuning granules. Methods The HPLC method was employed to determine berberine hydrochloride. The separation was achieved on a Dionex C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 |xm) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The mobile phase is acetonitrile-0. 1% H3PO4(50:50). The detection wavelength was 265 nm, and the column temperature was set at room temperature. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was within 5-50μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 100. 201% and RSD was 0. 49% . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. It is proved to be suitable for the quality control of zuning granules.关键词
