波吉卵囊藻对养殖水体溶解态氮吸收规律的研究

Abstract
The uptake rate of nitrogen source by Oocystis borgei was studied in this paper through adding four dissolved nitrogens and 15N in algal culture solution.The result indicated that effect of salinity on uptake rate (ρ) of nitrogen by algae was significant.When salinity was 15,the values of ρNH4+-N,PNO3--N and ΡNO2--N UP to the maximum,were 1.691 μgN/( g·h),0.028μgN/(g·h),0.112 μgN/(g·h) respectively,while ρUrea-N reached maximum 0.074 μgN/(g·h) when salinity was 30.Meanwhile,the order of selective uptake of dissolved nitrogen was ammonium,nitrite,urea and nitrate.Therefore,we can improve the water quality of prawn pond by anding Oocystis borgei to remove ammonium and nitrite nitrogen.关键词
