PHGPx在体外共培养山羊睾丸生精细胞中的定位研究
A Study on Localization of Goat PHGPx in the Co-culture Spermatogenic Cells in Vitro
摘要
Abstract
The objective of this study was to observe the expression of PHGPx in the co-culture spermatogenic cells in vitro. On the basis of the spermatogenic cells and sertoli cells co -cultured system, the slides of cells were stained for detecting the expression of PHGPx by using immunocytochemistry method. The results showed that PHGPx was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of spermatids, but no expression in spermatogenium or sertoli cells. It suggested that PHGPx should play special roles in regulating the differentiation of spermatids during spermatogenesis, but the mechanism needed further research.关键词
