Abstract
This essay analyzes the potential risks of pollution from ships in the surrounding waters of Hainan Province. And then, against the status and problems existed relating to emergency response capacity to pollution from Ships in Hainan, puts forward some suggestions on establishing and perfecting the emergency response plans to pollutiou from ships, supplementing and perfecting the allocation of emergency resources, prolnoting and enhancing the forces of emergency response.关键词
