灯盏细辛注射液门诊处方合理性分析
Analysis of Dengzhanxixin injection on the rational use of prescriptions for outpatients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the pattern of clinical use of Deng-zhanxixin injection and enhance their rational drug use, improve the quality of prescriptions. Methods Using a pharmacy administration software, all of the Dengzhanxixin injection recipes in 2010 was reviewed,the irrational drug utilization were conducted by relative liturature. Results and conclusion Of all the total 7592 outpatient prescriptions in 2010,the clinical use of Dengzhanxixin injection are reasonable in generally,the irrational prescriptions were 382, accounted for 5.0% , and nonstandard prescriptions accounted for 46.6% t unsuitable prescriptions accounted for 50. 5% , abnormal prescriptions accounted for 2.9%. It should be enhance the Dengzhanxixin injection to used safety and rational.关键词
