Decreased Aquaporin-5 and Increased Mucin 5AC in SPC-A1 Cell Line Stimulated by Lipopolysaccharide
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes of aquaporin-5(AQP5) and mucin 5AC(MUC5AC) in SPC-A1 cell line stimu-lated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Methods: After SPC-A1 cell line was stimulated by LPS,the mRNA levels of AQP5 and MUC5AC were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR),and AQP5 and MUC5AC protein were measured by Western blot and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results; The protein expression and transcription of AQP5 decreased while the MUC5AC expression increased in a dose (0 μg/mL、5μg/mL、10 μg/mL,20μg/mL and 40μg/mL,respectively) and time-dependent manner by LPS stimulation in SPC-Al cell line. Conclusions: Decreased AQP5 expression was correlated with increase of MUC5AC in SPC-Al cell line after LPS exposure.关键词
