14C呼气试验与快速尿素酶试验诊断幽门螺杆菌的对比研究
Comparison of Carbon-14-Urea Breath Test and Rapid Urease Test in the Diagnosis of Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Abstract
Objective:To compare the value of carbon-14 urea breath test (14C-UBT) and rapid urease test (RUT) in the diag-nosis of Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection. Methods: A total of 1722 patients with peptic ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy underwent RUT first and 14C-UBT 30 min later. The positive rate,sensitivity,specificity and correctness of the two methods were compared. Results: The positive rate,sensitivity,specificity and correctness of RUT were 61. 87% (1035/1722),90. 80% (1086/1196),89.73% (472/526) and 90.48% (1558/1722),respectively. And those for 14C-UBT were 69.45% (1196/ 1722),93. 91% (972/1035),97. 08% (665/687) and 95. 06%(1637/1722),respectively. There were no significant differences between the two methods. Conclusion: Both of the two methods have high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the detection of HP infection. These two methods were simple,safe and reliable in the diagnosis of HP infection in clinical practice.关键词
