糖尿病合并高血压的临床特征及其中医证候
Clinical Characteristics and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes of Patients with Diabetes and Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes of patients with diabetes and hypertension. Methods: The clinical characteristics and TCM syndromes of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension were studied. Results: The most frequent symptoms were nocturia,thirst,polydipsia,blurred vision and fatigue. In syndrome differentiation of Qi,blood and body fluid,Qi deficiency syndromes were more common. In syndrome differentiation of viscera, syndromes of kidney essence insufficiency were more common. The impairment of liver,spleen and kidney was closely related to this disease. Abnormal circadian rhythm mostly occurred in patients with phlegm and blood stasis,liver and kidney yin deficiency and disharmony between heart and kidney. Hypertension was related to the number of complications of diabetes,unsatisfying blood glucose level and abnormal lipid metabolism(P<0. 05). Conclusions: Deficiency syndromes are more common in the TCM syndromes of patients with diabetes and hypertension. The impairment of liver,spleen and kidney is closely related to this disease. Hypertension is related to the complications of diabetes and unsatisfying blood glucose level.关键词
