白藜芦醇外涂美白功效及安全性的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the whitening efficacy and safety of resveratrol on human facial skin. Methods Forty healthy female volunteers were enrolled in this study.They were randomly assigned into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases).Treatment group and control group were respectively received resveratrol cream and base cream,for 12 consecutive weeks.Before and after treatments,skin color and water content were measured. Results After treatment with resveratrol,the mean melanin index (Ml) value decreased obviously compared with pretreatment,and the Ml difference value of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group.The erythema index and water content remained unchanged pre- and post-treatment.The skin pigmentation of about 65% volunteers assessed by a dermatologist obtained moderate to obvious improvement and approximate 60% volunteers rated satisfactory or very satisfactory. There were no side-effects. Conclusion The topical resveratol has whitening effect on skin,without any side effects.关键词
