口服中药联合免疫调节剂治疗寻常型白癜风疗效观察
Clinical observation on the therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese medicine combined immunomodulator in the treatment for vitiligo

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese medicine which can promote pigmentation combined immunomodulator in the treatment for vitiligo. Methods 172 out-patients with vitiligo were divided into two groups: 87 cases in therapeutic group were treated with the prescription of Traditional Chinese medicine combined Tacrolimus and Polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus; 85 cases in control group were treated with Tacrolimus and Polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus. Therapeutic effect in both groups was evaluated after three months. Results The excellent rate was 55.1% in therapeutic group, and was 40% in the control group. Statistical significance of difference was observed between both groups (P<0.05). The total effective rate in therapeutic group and control group were 96.5% and 94.1%, respectively.There was no statistical significance between both groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicines which can activate tyrosinase and enhance pigmentation, combined with immunomodulator, are effective in treating vitiligo.关键词
