超声心动图对主动脉根部形态的评价

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluation the imaging anatomy and ctinical significance of morphologic characteristics of the aortic root with ultrasonic cardiogram. Methods: Sixty adult patients without ascending aortic abnormalities were evaluated, all patients undergone ultrasonic cardiogram. Result: Mean diameters (mm) were as follows: outflow tract (21.79±2.45) mm, mid ascending aorta (28.69±3.86) mm, Inner diameter of the end of left ventricular diastolic ( 42.81±3.24 ) mm, Inner diameter of the end of the left ventricular contraction ( 28.39±3.05 ) mm, pulmonary trunk (22.60±1.76) mm. Conclusion: Clear show of aortic root diameter size、any deformity and relationship with surrounding structures through ultrasonic cardiogram provides imaging evidence for design of the stent with valve and transcatheter therapies.关键词
