Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection (SFI) on cardiac troponin T in patients with acute myocardial infarct ion (AMI) treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) , Methods: Sixty-eight AMI patients t reated by PCI were randomly divided into two groups,36 in the treatment group (treated by PCI plus 40 ml SFI intravenous injection, once a day for 7 days) and 32 in the control group (treated by PCI only) . Levels of cardiac troponin T were measured at different time points, i. e. immediately after admission, and at 24th hour and 7th day after AMI onset in the two groups. Results: The proportion of TIMI3 grade of front blood flow in AMI related vessels after PCI was insignificantly different in the two groups. Admission when the concentration of cTnT in the two groups had no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ); the incidence of 24 h concentration of cTnT in the two groups were compared on admission were significantly elevated ( P < 0.01 ), the control group was significantly higher than the treatment group ( P < 0.01 ); 72h two groups of cTnT concentration decreased on admission and had no significant difference ( P > 0.05), but the control group was significantly higher than the treatment group ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion: Early applying of SFI has a protective effect on the myocardial from ischemia/ reperfusion injury after AMI , which may be related to its function of decreasing the levels of cTnT .关键词
