Abstract
Methods:Our hospital from January 2000 to December 2010, 31 patients were. Within 24 hours APACHE2 hospital scores are in 27 points above, 21 cases for performance disorder of consciousness (coma, twitching), 6 cases of bleeding tendency, PTA > 120%, 6 cases from yellow. According to the illness choose different blood purification method: HF, HDF + HP, HP, PE + HDF, PE + CRRT, HP + CRRT. Jerry turned to IQ-10 CRRT machine, FeiSen ART machine and gimble 95 S machine.Results:31 cases do HF, HDF + HP, HP, PE + HDF, PE + CRRT, HP + CRRT in 57 times, 70% of children of the treatment of 2~3 times improved, the blood, kidney function, liver function is normal, electrolyte, blood clotting four, myocardial enzyme, blood ammonia and other index declined obviously, and after 5 ~ 7 times 29 patients recovered after treatment. 2 cases son give up freatmentConclusion:Blood purification technology application increased the critical of the rescue children success rate, the clinical evidence is safe and effective.关键词
