摘要
Abstract
Objective: to investigate the method which to avid posterior capsule rupture in high myopia cataract phacoemusification surgery. Methods: Totally 36 cases (42 eyes) from March, 2011 to February, 2012 in Lixiang Eye Hosipital of Soochou University.BD knife (USA) and Infiniti hacoemusification machine (Alcon , USA)were used .to select phacoemusification machine parameter control posterior capsule rupture. Results:No one case posterior capsule rupture. Conclusion: to select phacoemusification machine parameter promptly and properly can avoid posterior capsule rupture effectively, to chose differ phacoemusification machine parameter in deferent case is a effective method.关键词
