Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of mechanical ventilation on kidney function of the patients with AECOPD. Methods: 65 patients with AECOPD were taken into our experiment.The values of urinary volume, urea excretion ratio ,creatmme clearance rate were collected before application of mechanical ventilation. After 24 hours of application of mechanical ventilation ,The values of urinary volume , urea excretion ratio ,creatinine clearance rate were collected again. Results: The values of urinary volume , urea excretion ratio ,creatinine clearance rate all were significantly decreased after 24 hours of application of mechanical ventilation (P<0.01). Conclusion: Perhaps mechanical ventilation therapy in acute exacerbation of COPD associated with hypercapnia plays a critical role in the kidney desyfunction.关键词
